Why We Built E-Clinix HMIS
In 2023, India launched the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) — an ambitious initiative to digitize healthcare across the nation. The vision was brilliant, but the execution was hard. Clinics struggled with complex integrations, expensive legacy system upgrades, and months of certification work.
Our founders — healthcare technologists with 15+ years in the space — saw the pain firsthand. Clinics wanted to go digital and get ABDM certified, but the barriers were too high. Expensive consultants, months of development, no standardization.
We decided to build E-Clinix HMIS as the solution. A purpose-built HMIS from day one with ABDM compliance baked in. No legacy baggage. No expensive retrofitting. Just modern cloud technology designed for Indian clinics.
